If you live within our practice area you would automatically be welcome to register with the practice.
Eligibility can be quickly confirmed from your address, you may be asked to provide proof by way of a recent utility bill along with one form of photographic ID.
Our Practice Area: As a guide we cover Cheriton, West Folkestone, Broadmead Village, Lynwood estates and the villages of Peene and Newington.
You will be registered with the practice rather than an individual doctor, however in line with the GP contract requirements, all patients will be provided with a named GP.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration with the practice. Please contact reception for further information.
