Self Service Health Monitor Posted or Updated on 16 Sep 2024

We are pleased to introduce a new and easy to use self-service health
monitor which patients are able to use any time they are in the surgery.

The monitor can be found in the reception area and will measure:

• Height
• Weight
• Blood pressure
• Pulse rate
• Calculate BMI

This information should ideally be updated every year so if you have not had this checked for a while, please use the monitor to have this done.

At the end, your results will be displayed on the screen and you will receive a printout to keep. The monitor will not say any of your readings aloud.

Your readings will automatically be saved to your medical records and the monitor will also advise you if any of the readings are out of range.

This monitor is for the use of The White House Surgery patients only.
