Important Update for Patients Using Paydens Pharmacy
We are aware that many patients are experiencing delays with prescription dispensing at Paydens Pharmacy, due to their recent merger.
Paydens have confirmed they are currently 2 days behind in beginning to process prescriptions from the NHS Spine (EPS). Once processing begins, a further 72 hours (approx. 3 days) is required for dispensing and stock ordering — meaning the total wait may be up to 5 days from the date that the pharmacy receive your prescription.
Please be assured that the surgery is up to date with issuing requested prescriptions. We understand how frustrating these delays can be, and appreciate your patience during this time.
Please use the NHS app to track the status of your prescription, contact Paydens directly to discuss options, or if still required, contact the surgery so that we can try to help where possible.
